The Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2001 to make sure all children could have the same experiences as Elaine. The scholarship break barriers in both education and finances for families, giving students of all abilities equal access to quality care and education regardless of family income. Scholarships are provided to students with special needs who demonstrate financial need through income verification.
