I recently read that someone donated $3 million to WABE. An amazing gift! And it reminded me of something important: while the Elaine Clark Center could absolutely put $3 million to work, our organization isn’t built on million-dollar donors.
We’re built on you.
We’re built on families, neighbors, and community members who give what they can — often between $10 and $100 a year. And far too often, those donors tell us, “I’m not sure my little donation really matters.”
But it does. More than you know.
- $10 is one classroom's lunches for the day.
- $20 funds arts and crafts supplies for a month so our students can express themselves.
- $50 allows us to purchase gas for the van for field trips to Ollie's, the Dollar Tree, and Braves games.
- $100 enables a partial scholarship for a week for a family in need.
These aren’t extras — they’re part of the consistent, compassionate care that helps our students thrive. And they happen because of donors like you.
At ECC, small donations keep our doors open. Small donations change lives.
- If you’ve ever wondered whether your gift matters… it does.
- If you’ve ever thought your $20 wouldn’t make a difference… it does.
- And if you’ve ever wanted to help but weren’t sure how… THIS is your moment.
Will you make a donation today to support the care, consistency, and community that defines the Elaine Clark Center?
Thank you for being part of the ECC family. Your generosity means more than you know. Just look at these turkeys!
Sincerely,
The Team at Elaine Clark Center
