FRANK CLARK MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Open the Door for a Child Who Needs You

Your gift provides tuition support, essential therapies, and peace of mind for families who want the best for their children—no matter their financial circumstances.

What is the Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund?

The Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2001 to ensure that no child is denied services because of financial hardship. For many families of children with developmental disabilities, high-quality, safe, individualized care is life-changing—but often out of reach.

This scholarship fund does more than ease financial strain. It gives families relief, stability, and the confidence that their child will receive the care, education, therapies, and community they deserve.

How This Scholarship Helps

Scholarships are reserved for students with developmental disabilities who also demonstrate financial need through income verification. Awards help families afford:

  • Inclusive childcare and early learning
  • Developmental therapies
  • Out-of-school programs and respite care
  • Life-skills and vocational training for young adults

For some families, this support is the difference between managing alone, or receiving the wraparound care that transforms a child’s future.

Your Support Makes Stories Like Trey’s Possible

When Trey’s family first came to the Elaine Clark Center, they were exhausted and unsure where to turn after navigating his traumatic brain injury and the instability that followed. The Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund opened the door to safe, specialized care they could not otherwise afford—care that allowed his parents to keep working, gave Trey and his sister a nurturing place to learn, and restored stability to their home. As his parents share, “The Elaine Clark Center is our saving grace… Words are not adequate enough to express how thankful we are.”

Your generosity makes moments like this possible.
