“What do you mean you haven’t donated to the Elaine Clark Center’s Scholarship Fund?”
Trey’s family found the Elaine Clark Center after spending about a year in crisis mode. Trey had experienced abuse and was living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury. His family needed care that could safely support his complex needs — and allow his parents to continue working.
At ECC, they found staff members who welcomed them with kindness, flexibility, and a willingness to help. Trey’s parent has shared that the Elaine Clark Center is the reason she was able to continue her career as an educator. Without dependable care, the loss of her income would have created another serious hardship for the entire family. You can read more about Trey’s story here.
That is one reason to donate.
A scholarship does not simply pay a tuition bill. It can give a child consistent, individualized support. It can help a parent remain employed. It can bring stability to a family that has already carried more than most of us can imagine.
The Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund helps families access ECC’s childcare, education, therapies, and out-of-school programs when they could not otherwise afford them. Learn more about how to support ECC here.
Your gift can help another family find the support Trey’s family found.
