There’s a certain look our students give when they notice something is out of place—maybe a favorite swing needs tightening, a classroom shelf needs reorganizing, or the garden beds could use a little extra love. And honestly… they’re right to care. These spaces are where they learn, play, grow, and feel at home.
That’s why once a year, our entire community comes together to make sure every corner of our campus shines. The Elaine Clark Center Day of Service is one of our favorite traditions, bringing volunteers, families, staff, and friends together for a morning of teamwork and impact.
What to Expect on March 21
During our Day of Service, volunteers help with a variety of projects across campus, including:
- Outdoor cleanup and landscaping
- Organizing classrooms and activity areas
- Refreshing learning and play environments
- Tackling maintenance and beautification projects
It’s hands-on, it’s meaningful, and—true to ECC spirit—it’s a lot of fun. Every task completed directly supports the children and young adults who rely on our inclusive programs each day.
You Can Make a Difference
Whether you’re a longtime ECC supporter or joining us for the first time, we’d love to have you there. Your time and energy go a long way toward keeping our campus safe, welcoming, and filled with joy.
And trust us… our students will be thrilled to see those volunteer spots fill up. 😉
