INCLUSIVE CHILD DEVELOPMENT

The Inclusive Child Development program is a state-licensed and NAEYC-accredited childcare program, serving children from six weeks to four years old. Our dedicated teachers tailor activities to each child’s individual learning style, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and accomplished by the end of each day.

In our inclusive play-based environment, children with special needs benefit from improved social skills, enhanced play and sensory experiences, and the integration of therapeutic goals into their early childhood education. At the same time, typically developing children naturally learn empathy, acceptance, and how to support and engage with those who are different from themselves and how to self regulate their emotions.

We encourage parents to actively participate in their child’s learning journey and be involved throughout the day. While we go beyond the traditional childcare model with our learning approach, our small class sizes, a low student-to-staff ratio, and hands-on learning opportunities, all aimed at maximizing each child’s potential, is what parents have come to trust, love, and appreciate.

Parents are encouraged to become involved and participate in the “active learning” process, and to visit with us throughout the day. While we provide an educational approach that reaches beyond a typical childcare facility, the care that each child receives from our staff is what most of our parents have come to expect, love and support.
