Our Early Intervention Services are designed for children ages six weeks to three years old, providing essential support for addressing children’s cognitive and physical challenges. These services include developmental screenings, assessments, and personalized goal planning to help children thrive in their environments. Conducted in our NAEYC-accredited, inclusive childcare setting, the program also offers parent training, advocacy, and professional referrals.
Upon enrollment of a child with special needs, our Therapeutic Intervention Program (TIP) team conducts a comprehensive developmental assessment. This collaborative process involves therapists, teachers, specialized instructors, and parents to create tailored goals that address each child’s unique needs. Early diagnosis and a customized therapy and education plan give children the tools they need to best enhance their growth and development.
Our Early Intervention Services incorporate specialized nursing care and social work to support the unique needs of each child and their family. Our nurse provides compassionate, individualized medical attention, ensuring that children with complex health needs receive consistent monitoring and care in a safe, supportive setting. This hands-on nursing support helps create a foundation of health and wellness that allows children to grow and thrive. Meanwhile, our Social Service Coordinator works closely with families, offering emotional support, connecting them to resources, and guiding them through each step of the early intervention journey. Together, these integrated services foster a holistic approach that empowers children to reach their potential while supporting families with the resources and care they need.
